This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our tennis player–finding app ("the App"). The App is a sports tool designed to help tennis players find and connect with other players for the purpose of playing tennis. It is not a dating service.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information we collect
Account information
- Phone number (used for authentication via Firebase Phone Auth)
- Profile photo (optional, uploaded by you)
- Tennis rating / skill level
- Gender
We do not collect your age or date of birth.
Location information
- Zipcode (entered by you to find nearby players)
- Device location (only if you grant location permission, used to find nearby players)
We use location information solely to help you discover other tennis players in your area.
Messages
In-app messages you exchange with other users are stored to deliver the chat service. We do not sell or share message content with third parties.
Usage and diagnostic data
We collect anonymous usage and crash data automatically via Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. This helps us improve app stability and understand how features are used. This data is not linked to your identity.

Third-party services
The App uses the following Google Firebase services, each governed by Google's Privacy Policy:
- Firebase Authentication — verifies your phone number to create a secure account
- Firebase Crashlytics — collects anonymous crash reports to help us fix bugs
- Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous usage data to help us improve the App
- Firebase Storage — stores profile photos you upload
We do not integrate any advertising SDKs or ad networks.

Data sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your profile information (photo, tennis rating, gender, and general location) is visible to other users of the App for the purpose of finding tennis partners. Your phone number is never displayed publicly.

User controls
- Profile settings — you can update your photo, tennis rating, and gender at any time in Settings
- Location — you can revoke location permission at any time in your device settings; zipcode search remains available
- Block and report — you can block or report any user from within the App
- Account deletion — to delete your account and associated data, contact us at the email below

Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including using Firebase's built-in security features. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International users
The App is available in the United States, United Kingdom, and India. By using the App, you consent to your data being processed in accordance with this policy. If you are in the UK or EU, you have additional rights under the UK GDPR / GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Children's privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
